1. What this site is

Premium E-Invitations is a design studio that creates digital, animated, and web-based invitations. This website lets you browse designs, build a brief for a custom invitation, and reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram.

2. What this site is not

This site is not a store. You cannot pay for anything here. Submitting a brief does not place an order or reserve a date. It is a starting point for a conversation with us.

3. Your brief

When you fill out the brief form, everything you type is stored only in your browser — not on our servers. The brief is then sent to us only if you choose to send it via WhatsApp or Instagram. We do not collect, store, or share this information.

4. Your reviews

Reviews you write are stored in your browser only. They are visible to you but not submitted to us. If you want your review to be shown publicly, please send it to us via WhatsApp or Instagram.

5. Saved designs

When you tap the heart on a design, it's saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device only. Clearing your browser data will remove it.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, layouts, illustrations, and code on this site are owned by Premium E-Invitations. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Photography shown on this site is sourced from Unsplash and used under their license. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use this site for anything unlawful
Attempt to break, hack, or overload the site
Copy designs to pass off as your own
Submit spam, abusive content, or false information

8. No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium E-Invitations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

10. Links to other sites

Our site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Canva, and other third-party platforms. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Please review their terms separately.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
